公司全资收购了有50多年历史的北京北方京量量规有限公司和江西工具有限公司千分尺厂。 公司拥有员工100余人，其中专业技术人员15人，各种加工设备和仪器150余台，拥有具有省级水平的计量检测中心。

公司主要生产量规、卡尺、千分尺及机床附件，年产值3000万，产品远销欧、美、俄罗斯等国家。

Our company acquired "BeiJing BeiFang measure gauge Co. Ltd." and   " Micrometer plant of JiangXi Tools Co. Ltd.
